- Goods will be delivered on the next working day.
- "FRUIT RANGER" is the name of FruitVest's Delivery Agent.
- Order will be processed and delivered by FRUIT RANGER after successful payment being made.
- During the period of Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO), our FRUIT RANGER will always follow instruction from authorities e.g. wearing facemask, avoiding direct contact, practicing social distancing and frequent hand washing with soap and hand sanitizer.
- For high-rise building e.g. apartment/condominium/flat, delivery will be made up to lobby area only.
- For landed property – Delivery will be done in front of the house area.
- Once FRUIT RANGER arrived and if there is no one available at home to pick up the goods delivered (within 10minutes) – Items will be left in front of the house or at the guard house. We will NOT be held responsible for any damaged/missing items once items delivered.
- Do expect approximate of 10-15% weight variance for each item. However, we will try our best to get to the nearest weight for all the fresh food listed items.
Your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
- Each item has its own description. Buyer must understand fully before making any purchase.
- All Sales are Final.
- No cash refund except for no-stock item(s). Refund process will take within 30 days.
- No cash refund on any defective items. We will do exchange only.
- No refund on issue for example on situations : change of mind or just don't like the item. But, we are willing to help on you on exchange.
- No cash refund on not suitable, not match, change mind situation.
- All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale items) within 5 days of receipt date for a refund of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
- In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, The goods will be inspected once received.
- The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes, packaging and tags. FruitVest is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage. Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender.
What if I received a damaged?
- Firstly, we apologise if the products received was damaged. Please whatsapp us the issue at the soonest possible time.
- Replacement must be informed as soon as possible within 3 days after receiving.
- NO REFUND Only exchange.
- Customer can request for an exchange with any of the items available only with same value or higher.
- Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.
