We ship orders via our dedicated courier from ParcelHub.
- All prices on our website do not include shipping. Shipping cost will automatically be added during checkout.
- We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at the moment.
- We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.
- We strive to deliver your purchased products within the shortest time possible.
- All orders are processed as soon as payment has been made. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

- Typically Malaysia deliveries are made within ± 2 - 5 working days (estimated).
TRACKING NUMBER
Once goods is picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID for the package will be available. Any communication is to be via email/mobile app/sms. For non-tangible products or services, confirmation of order and receipt will be communicated via email/mobile app/sms.Proof of purchase, invoice or delivery order will be available.
